This will likely be the biggest pain for most, but it's not too tough.As far as I can tell, every peephole and telescope has only one line of dialog that Edith has to get through to count. There appears to be only a single telescope (by the cemetery, looking out at the old house), and the rest are peepholes.You'll find almost all of the peepholes just after entering the house proper. Go up to each door, including the library, and make sure Edith looks through the peephole (you merely need to get close enough to the door). Remember to also check the few doors later in the game as well, as it can be easy to forget since there will be a lot of gameplay in between. Of particular note are the peepholes for the doors of Milton and Lewis.You CAN use Story Replay to get these.
Pick a Story around where you think you may have missed one, and wander around nearby or head backward to get the one you need.
